We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 12 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are reserved through the Wodify platform and are on a first come first serve basis. Feel free to browse our membership plans.
Mondays - Fridays
6am – 8pm
Our CrossFit classes run 1-hour long. They begin with an explanation of the workout, followed by a warm-up, a strength component, a high-intensity metcon portion, and a cool down. All movements are demonstrated by an experienced CrossFit Coach. Runs weekdays.
9am,10am, & 11am
This is our team-based CrossFit class. The coach will provide thorough instruction of the movements involved. Athletes work with their team member(s) to tackle the workout in a fun and high-energy environment. Runs Saturdays.
Olympic Lift class is dedicated to powerlifting and Olympic lifting techniques. Athletes will undergo a highly technical class focusing on strength, body mechanics, form and function of power and Olympic lift. Runs Sundays.
Learn and perfect specific skills in this technical, low-intensity 45-minute class. Examples of past Skills Classes – Rowing techniques, Rope Climbs, Efficient Kipping, Breathing techniques.
MOGA (also known as Mobility WOD) is a free one-hour class for all members who wish to improve their flexibility, core stability, and stretch! Runs Sundays after Skills 45.
Mondays - Sundays
This spot is for an experienced athlete that wants to work independently outside of the class environment. We offer exclusive Open Gym times throughout the week and weekend.
A 30-minute high-intensity class designed for the every athlete. Get your sweat on! Ten minute warm-up followed by a 15-20 minute intense workout. Get your day started off right.
